Elexio was born when a young plus size woman noticed a lack of variety in plus size clothing in Quebec. Forcing her to turn to American and international companies to find trendy clothes, she decided to open her own online store to meet this need and to serve plus size women.
Elexio means choice in Latin and the reason behind the name is that we believe it is important for curvy women of the world to have an adequate choice of clothing, a choice that allows them to celebrate their style with ease and comfort. With the closing of many stores in 2020, the pieces for curvy women have disappeared leaving a huge gap to fill. That is where Elexio comes in. It is an online store with pieces for every taste, style and budget.
